Upon receipt of a firm order we communicate closely with our customers to ensure all aspects of the service have been considered and the responsibilities of both parties are clearly identified and based on these the work is conveniently scheduled. At every stage of the installation and commissioning process we keep our customers aware of the progress of the work. Upon completion, the system is commissioned with the most optimum configuration. It is then fully tested to ensure it meets all agreed specifications. At the final stages of the process we provide sufficient level of training to the customer to be able to fully utilise their new investment in the most effective way. After system handover we are also available to provide help and support when and if needed. Further, we can provide suitable maintenance covers to ensure long term and continuous operation of the systems with regular preventative maintenance visits.
