These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. These must be used in conjunction with our full trading terms and conditions which are relevant to all our customers. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Purchase by Children.
Amission Ltd does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Amission.co.uk only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Amission.co.uk you will have the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you confirm your order. When you have confirmed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Further e-mails may follow to confirm the status of your order.
Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a final e-mail, which will contain confirmation of the dispatch of your order. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will tell you so). Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks with Experian Limited or other agencies. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices, Payment, Availability and Delivery
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see Delivery).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. installation), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you confirm your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you visit one of our stores.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. Despite our efforts, an occasional error can occur. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, and Switch. Payment is deducted when we process your order. All orders paid for by the credit or debit card must be delivered to the address of the registered user of the card. You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once payment in full for that product has been received. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
We may list availability information for some products sold by us on the website. This must be used only as a guidance and we cannot be more definite about availability. We will do our utmost to dispatch items in stock within 5 working days but this cannot be guaranteed and dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.
Amission Ltd will only ship goods to mainland UK except where special arrangements have been made for an overseas delivery. In this case, goods ordered for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering goods to be shipped overseas, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You will also need to be aware that overseas deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Missing or Damaged Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. If you do not receive all your products or that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before dispatch by sending an email to email@example.com .
You can return your product up to 7 days from receipt under the following conditions:
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). The seal must not be broken on any software packages. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Goods ordered as a special order for to your specification cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
To return a product, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be issued with a returns number which you must write on the front of any packaging. You will be given a full refund for the product excluding any postage and packing charges. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
Return of Faulty Goods
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
in otherwise "as new" condition; and
complete with any accessories (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).
To return a product, you must contact us at email@example.com. You will then be issued with a returns number which you must write on the front of any packaging
This policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.
Our RETURNS POLICY does not affect your legal statutory rights.
We may provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites. Amission Ltd does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any of these and any other third-parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and terms and conditions.
Amission Ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Amission Ltd do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Amission Ltd's negligence or wilful default, or that of Amission Ltd's employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
Amission Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Amission Ltd do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from it.
We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment
All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the 'Return of Faulty Goods' section of these terms and conditions.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
If any provision of these Terms shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.
